This course will allow you get connected with your body and let your spirit move through you, shaking it all out, being free and having fun!! Even if you have never been to a dance class before this is a perfect opportunity.
During this African Dance course you will:

Namaste Yoga classes focus on nurturing self while experiencing strength, alignment, breath, joy and calm.
Classes suit the beginner and experienced student alike.
Nicole invites you to come and feel the joy as you extend your body and mind.
When you honour the conditions brought to yoga you are practicing your own yoga, a yoga that fits you rather than you trying to fit the yoga.
The class is facilitated to offer a range of options and encourage the practitioner to modify, pause/rest or do more depending on conditions. it is a nurturing approach that brings great benefit for beginners and deepens yoga former experienced practitioners.

Boomerang Bags Kincumber is part of the central coast BB group. We are a well established group working out of a dedicated workspace similar to your home sewing room. Everything is provided, all you need to do is turn up and help out. Attendance is very casual and there is no pressure and no fees.
The group is made up of volunteers getting together to make re-usable shopping bags from recycled materials as a means to providing a sustainable alternative to plastic bags. Everyone is welcome!

Mad Cow Theatre offers drama classes to students aged from 5 – 18 across the Central Coast with classes running most weekday afternoons at various locations including Erina, Gosford and Kincumber.
Mad Cow Drama Ensembles are dedicated to enhancing a student’s life confidence through the playful yet disciplined dramatic arts. Our classes develop communication and creative skills as we assist our student’s confidence, focus, and self discipline to grow. The drama games and exercises we utilize develop a broad variety of physical and mental skills.
Our students are encouraged to exhibit their unique individuality and are guided to share it in a group environment as a means of enhancing the individual and the class group. Each class is in fact a little family which is encouraged to operate as a functional unit in a happy, caring environment. Learning to respect each other’s strengths is the key to successfully developing a caring student who will look to succeed at bettering themselves in their life. Parents and students are encouraged to have open communication with Mad Cow staff to ensure that the class unit works together.
